La Ferme de la Huppe restaurant offers friendly, authentic, seasonal cuisine made with local ingredients.
During the winter season, La Ferme de la Huppe restaurant joins forces with La Fromagerie Annecienne to become “Le Chalet”: a pop-up mountain restaurant.
A unique journey through the French-Swiss Alps.
On the menu: raclettes, fondues, and tartiflette. But also the winter staples of our region (game, stews, Mediterranean fish).
Revisiting the great classics of French gastronomy, our Chef, Laurent Garrone, disciple of the 3* Michelin and 20/20 Gault & Millau chef, Marc Veyrat, and his team work with raw, quality products to bring out the flavors. It offers you a carefully selected menu of local and seasonal products as well as a bold wine list guaranteeing you a moment of well-being and discovery.
Focusing on the areas around us, "a magnificent pantry" according to Laurent GARRONE, La Ferme de la Huppe loves "its" farmers and offers products from sustainable agriculture, coming from farms in the region.
The new tasting menu, entitled "from the farm to the farm" is an ode to our territory and our farmers. This menu, in five stages, is made up of products purchased in Vaucluse, a maximum of 15 km from La Ferme de la Huppe, and directly from our farmers, breeders and producers.
Please read the menu carefully before booking: at La Ferme de la Huppe, there is no à la carte choice, only menus (market menus or tasting menus).
To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, please note that tables reserved for 7:00 p.m. are available until 9:00 p.m., when our second service begins. For reservations at 9:00 p.m., there may be a short wait while our first guests finish their dinner.
