Vinyards to visit Le Domaine Perréal - Gargas Domaine Perréal - Gargas Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, in the communes of Gargas and Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, Domaine Perréal extends over 54 hectares at the foot of the hill of the same name. The estate is farmed organically. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wines are aged in French oak barrels, terracotta amphoras and concrete eggs. Domaine Perréal wines are the product of earth, plants and people, living in harmony in a preserved and unique environment. The cellar awaits you for tastings. Tours of the estate and winery are available from May to the end of September. Domaine de la Citadelle – Ménerbes Domaine de La Citadelle was created in 1990 by Yves Rousset-Rouard from an 8-hectare farm at the foot of the village of Ménerbes (Vaucluse). At the end of 2022, the estate was taken over by Valérie and Yannick Panagiotis, who are committed to preserving the environment and respecting the land by adopting eco-responsible techniques, such as horse-drawn ploughing, eco-pasturing in the vineyards, the installation of beehives... The estate has been organically farmed since 2016 and has been awarded the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) label. Today, the vineyard totals 40 hectares of vines aged from 15 to 75 years, mainly located in the commune of Ménerbes, on the northern slopes of the Luberon.
